Registration Fees and Instructions for Wood Badge II and QM Advanced

For both the Wood Badge II and Quartermaster Course the fees are:

Early Bird Pricing $195 until February 15, 2021 (Regular Pricing $225 after February 15, 2021)

Registration is online use the link for the courses below to complete the registration form.

How To Pay
Once you have completed the registration form online you will be taken to a PayPal payment page, you can pay online here by credit card or if you wish to pay by cheque or e-transfer disregard the PayPal page and follow the instructions below.

If you wish to pay by cheque disregard the PayPal page after and mail cheque to;

Note: You will not be completely registered until the course fee is paid in full.

Refund Policy White Pine Council Scouter Development Events

We recognize that sometimes things change, and occasionally people are unable to attend a workshop or event they have registered for.

In order to keep our costs minimal and within budget we rely on registration numbers for planning, securing facilitates, and purchasing training supplies and food. A number of these expenses must be committed to and paid well ahead of the actual event date. In order to meet our obligations, and keep our expenses as low as possible, we must enforce the following refund policy:

  1. 100% refund for cancellation requests made at least 45 days before the start date of
    event/workshop
  2. 75% refund for cancellation requests made at least 30 days before the start date of
  3. event/workshop
  4. 50% refund for cancellation requests made at least 20 days before the start date of event/workshop
  5. No refund for cancellation requests made less than 20 days before the start date of the event
    Participants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another person at any time
    without penalty as this does not affect the total registration numbers and budgeting.
